What we do before you say ‘I do’!

Well if you speak to any of my family members, “extra” is probably one of the top 3 words they would use to describe me. So why should it be any different within my weddings?!

We pride ourselves in offering unparalleled support to our wedding couples throughout their wedding planning. As a family ran wedding venue, we believe it is crucial to support each wedding couple just like we would if one of our family members were getting married.

This begins prior to booking right the way through to the end of their wedding day, from pricing to helping to surround our Brides with other Brides for further help.

Before booking

Just before your wedding

  • Final meeting six weeks before your wedding. This this a 90 minute meeting going through every aspect of the wedding day. You will then receive your wedding day event sheet to ensure you are happy with every detail before signing it off.

  • If we don’t have a wedding the day before you can dress the rooms to make sure you are happy with everything.

  • If we have a wedding the day before, you will come in the week before and run us through all your decorations and our team will dress the room on the morning of your wedding.

  • 30 minute meeting the day before the wedding just to run through any of those last minute changes!


On your wedding day

  • Your wedding coordinator (or all three of us!) to look after you all day, constant contact from early morning right the way through to cutting of the cake

  • Our award winning team to ensure your day goes off without a hitch

  • We will make sure the groom and his groomsmen are in the right place at the right time looking presentable (Don’t worry!)

  • Reserved signs out during your ceremony - no need to worry if the bridal party have enough seats!

  • Any movement of decoration/ furniture (including chairs) are handled by our team

  • Help photographers with group photos etc to make sure they have all guests but also the best places to photograph during the day. One photographer said we run our weddings with military precision but with the greatest personality!

Olivia is part of the Sparth House owning family. Over the past 6 years, she reimagined and redesigned how the House hosts weddings. With nearly 300 Sparth House weddings under her belt, her goal has always been to achieve the most personalised day for each couple

Her favourite moment of a wedding? “The moment I share with each bride before they walk down the aisle, I get chills every time!”

Where will you find Olivia? “Working with a cup of tea or glass of wine (or both!) in hand.”
