What to Expect - Sparth House Show Round
It's time to go view those wedding venues! You've got the information you need and are armed with questions to ask the wedding coordinator but you're still not feeling quite ready? It can seem like quite an intense step to actually go and talk to someone about your wedding, and some couples get incredibly nervous simply over the thought of viewing a venue.
Here's what you can expect from a Sparth House wedding show round - to help ease some of those initial nerves!
A warm welcome…
We only book wedding venue tours on quiet days with no weddings or events on so we can walk you round uninterrupted. It's usually just you and the wedding coordinator on show round days, but if you're lucky you'll get to meet the owning Sparth House family too! Your wedding coordinator will be ready and waiting (fizz in hand) at the door to meet you.
A good old natter…
We're sure you've done some research and know a little about us and our weddings, so we want to get to know you! If you book with Sparth House, the wedding coordinator who does your show round will be your point of contact throughout and on your wedding day too - so it's important to us to begin to know all about you and your wedding.
A tour of the whole house...
We will guide you around the venue in a way that makes sense. We will show you each space and explain what would be happening there on your wedding day. As we have different rooms for different parts of the day, from the ceremony room, to the drinks reception lounge, to our beautiful wedding breakfast room, it's so much more than just seeing one big function room. You'll then understand how a Sparth House wedding flows and how your family will be made to feel right at home.
A personalised quote...
After having a wander around, we'll sit back down and you can ask any questions you have whilst your wedding coordinator builds you a personalised quote. You'll be given our show round pack to take home and have a good read of. You can also check dates and even pencil in your chosen one if you wanted to - exciting!

See - it's not so scary after all! We look forward to meeting our new couples and hearing all about their wedding plans so far and are ready to help. You'll always receive a follow up email or message so you have their details when you need them.
