Want to get married but don’t want to wait? Our Ultimate Package is for you - and we’ve done the hard work of booking some top Lancashire wedding suppliers so you don’t have to.
It has everything you need (and some extras) from us, plus stationery, table centrepieces, top table arrangement, photobooth and DJ from our suppliers. You’ll tick half your to-do-list in one go!
This package is available on all remaining 2023 dates - so get in touch to find your perfect date.

The Cost?
£8,200. It’s as simple as that. There’s no extra charges for your ceremony, no venue hire, no minimum spends and no exclusivity fee.
If that’s not quite what you were hoping to spend, our Ideal Package starts from just £5,560 for 2023.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Extra day guests are £87 (up to 50 more) and extra evening guests are £23 (up to 100 more).
As with all our packages, you can upgrade and add on extras from our pricing booklet; these are things like the Garden Apartment, canapes, and our ever popular gin bar. Just have a chat to your wedding coordinator about what you’d like to add on.

What can I expect from the suppliers?
With such a short lead time, we wanted to include some wedding extras that every wedding needs. Giving you the confidence that room decoration, table stationery and entertainment are all covered. Not forgetting that fabulous discount on your dream dress! Here’s a few examples of what you can expect…
• Finishing off your tables, we are working with the fabulous Hedgehogg Florist to give you table centrepieces and a top table arrangement with flowers. Included in your package is…
• 6x table centrepieces & top table arrangement to match. A variety of beautiful artificial centrepices including large tall glass vases with flower bombs and lower smaller flower bombs available in a gorgeous neutral colourway of white/ ivory and greenery. Top table arrangement to match of greenery running the length of the table with vases to hold your bouquets and candles mixed along it.
• If more table centrepieces are needed to cover additional tables these can be purchased directly through the supplier when placing your order. If you want something a little different or bigger then please discuss upgrade options direct with the supplier (in this instance, additonal costs will be incurred).
Reflections Entertainment - Beauty Mirror
• All day use of one of Reflections personalised photo booth Beauty Mirrors
• In the evening it will be moved to the main room to ensure full use and is manned for a further 3 hours complete with prop box to ensure the best photos and guest book for them to be stuck in with a note from your guests!
Let Love Sparkle Design
• Choose from a wide range of designs to suit your wedding theme. Included in your package is all your on the day necessities...
• 50x tentfold name cards
• 6x A6 table number/ name cards
• A1 table plan
• If more are needed to cover additional guests these can be purchased directly through the supplier when placing your order.
•The Bridal Lounge of Clitheroe is offering a VIP 2 hour appointment to try on plenty of dresses whilst searching for your dream gown. Included in your package is…
• VIP 2 hour appointment
• £200 off a Bridal Lounge gown, this may be used towards a new orderable gown or an ‘off the peg’ gown
• The Bridal Lounge of Clitheroe will need to know your wedding date when booking in for your appointment
DFC DJ for the night
• DFC offer possibly the best range of evening entertainment in Lancashire and with this package you will be able to enjoy music all night from one of their amazing DJs. (7:30 till 12:30pm)
• They also offer a wide range of other musical entertainment such as singers, saxophanists etc that can be added on to your wedding day directly through them
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Our standard ‘Sparth House Wedding T&C’s’ will need to be read and signed along with a deposit of £975 for a fully exclusive wedding or £600 for a non exclusive wedding.
Package price is for 50 day guests and 100 evening guests. More guests can be added on at brochure price for any additional day guests and £23 per additional evening guest. Guests may not be deducted from the quote.
Items in the package are not transferable.
Extra guests and upgrades may be added on at brochure prices.
Once booking is confirmed, suppliers involved will be notified and your contact details will be passed on where they will then be in touch to confirm your available design options and collect any further information they require from you.
If day guests are over 50, extra name cards, table numbers and table centrepieces will need to be purchased direct through the suppliers.
Stationery design may be selected from Let Love Sparkle Design’s portfolio (excluding foil designs or at an additional fee to LLSD).
Table centrepieces are a mix of artificial large and small flower bombs on plinths and vases in ivory/ white and green colour with complimenting top table arrangement from Hedgehogg Florist.
Wedding gown VIP appointment must be booked direct with Bridal Lounge of Clitheroe. £200 discount may be redeemed against an off the rack gown or brand new to order gown dependant on designer’s delivery timescales. Please discuss this in more detail with BLC prior to your appointment.
Beauty Mirror from Reflections is a full day hire along with 3 hours manned in the evening complete with prop box and guest book to stick your photos into.
DFC will allocate a DJ to your wedding and any additional music entertainment form them must be booked directly with DFC.
Extras and upgrades can be purchased direct through the suppliers where and if available. Please discuss this direct with them should you wish to.
At time of booking, in the event the supplier is not available on your chosen date we will do our best source an alternative supplier for you.
