See the venue, meet the team and look around at your own pace

Our Wedding & Wine Open Evening takes place on the first Wednesday of every month, from 5pm until 8pm.

It is a relaxed chance to visit Sparth House, walk through the wedding spaces, see the gardens, meet the team and ask any questions over a complimentary glass of wine.

There is no need to register or book a time slot. You can simply pop in whenever suits you between 5pm and 8pm.

What can you see on the evening?

During the open evening, you can explore the main wedding spaces, including the ceremony room, reception spaces, gardens and guest accommodation. You can also ask our wedding team about packages, guest numbers, available dates, food and drink, the Garden Apartment, our 16 bedrooms and how full exclusivity works at Sparth House.

Full exclusivity and bedrooms

Sparth House offers both fully exclusive and non-exclusive wedding options.

Full exclusivity means the house, gardens, private wedding spaces and all 16 bedrooms are reserved for your wedding party. There is no separate venue hire or exclusivity fee for this. Instead, full exclusivity is linked to the bedrooms being booked for your guests. You choose which guests are allocated each room, and those guests can pay Sparth House directly. If any bedrooms are not taken or paid for by guests, the wedding couple is responsible for the remaining bedroom balance. If you do not need all 16 bedrooms, we can talk you through our non-exclusive option. Your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception spaces remain private to you, but any bedrooms you are not using may be available to other overnight guests.

Do we still need a private visit?

The open evening is a great way to get a first feel for Sparth House, but a private visit is where we can properly talk through your wedding in more detail. If you like what you see at Wedding & Wine, we can arrange a private visit with Olivia or Emma so you can walk through your day, discuss dates and packages, and ask questions specific to your plans.
