Molly & Jacob's Sparth House Summer Wedding
A REAL SUMMER WEDDINGS AT SPARTH HOUSE
Jacob & Molly married at Sparth House back in August 2019 and what a gorgeous day it was! A stunning couple who looked just perfect on the day, especially Molly in her white lace gown from Amelia's Bridal.
Such a fun loving couple, always laughing and at ease in each other’s company, you could really tell they were loving every minute of their special day as the new Mr & Mrs Johnson!
They chose the photography duo James Brooking and Laura Shorrock to capture their Sparth House wedding and they did not disappoint - it was beautifully captured from start to finish and Molly & Jacob’s personalities shone throughout!
GETTING READY & THEIR CIVIL CEREMONY
As a wedding venue with accomodation on site, Molly and her bridesmaids stayed over the night before and spent the morning getting ready together, enjoying every minute with lots of girls chat and all the fizz (vital to keep those pre-wedding nerves at bay)!
They said their vows and officially became husband and wife in front of their closest family and friends in our Woodlands Suite. Our gorgeous mirror at the top of the ceremony room creates a perfect 360 degree visual for the couple and their guests. We love it when the photographer manages to capture the emotions in the reflection like James and Laura did.
DRINKS RECEPTION & PHOTOGRAPHS
For an August wedding, they had the perfect Summer’s day from start to finish!
Guests were able to make the most out of Sparth House’s beautiful grounds and gardens with some gorgeous candid photos being snapped of guests enjoying themselves outside in the sunshine.
Their drinks reception was perfectly finished off with a fun confetti throwing shot on our fabulous Confetti Lane - with biodegradable confetti of course… (got to look after those perfect lawns haven’t we!)
WEDDING BREAKFAST STYLING
From our first meeting with Molly & Jacob we had the chance to get an idea of what styling they were hoping to achieve for their wedding. This is, by the way, very important to us as it allows us to help you visualise your perfect day throughout your wedding planning journey with us.
They chose a dusky lilac colour palette with lots of fairy lights and candles to give that pretty, whisical feel to it all. Gorgeous lilac flowers adorned white washed tall centrepieces matching the large buttonholes the groomsmen wore.
Rustic yet modern. Beautiful!
EVENING RECEPTION
After the Wedding Breakfast (which by the way, was finished off with a fun game of Mr & Mrs to get everyone laughing) the evening guests started to arrive and the party really started then!
With music from our in house DJ getting eveyone up on their feet until the early hours even Molly was caught having a good dance, literally living her best life! Their guests were also kept entertained with a photo booth throughout the evening which was a fun addition and very well suited to this newly wed couple - I mean, who doesn’t love a photo booth though!?
THE EXTRA SPARKLE...
Bridal party in tow, the newlyweds snuck out of their evening reception once the sun had set for some nightime sparkler shots and just WOW!
