Prepping for your final wedding meeting…
Your final meeting! What is it and more importantly, how do you prepare for it?! We will go through everything you need to have ready before your final meeting so when it comes to it, it’ll be a breeze!
What is a Final Meeting?
All sounds very drastic doesn’t it? But don’t worry - it’s nothing scary. Your final meeting is the last meeting you will have with your wedding coordinator before your wedding.
We book in your final meeting around 4 months before, with the date of the meeting being around 6 weeks before. This may sound a little early, but with 6 weeks to go, it gives you plenty of time to go back and sort any last minute decisions or organising that needs to be done.
At your final meeting, you will meet with your wedding coordinator for a good hour and a half. We go through every single aspect of your day - this is so we have the best understanding of how you want your day to be and we can run your day perfectly. We care about all those little details so don’t be surprised if we ask a lot more questions than you think!
What do I need to do?
Book your Final Meeting via the link in the email we will send out around 4-6 months before your wedding day
Email over your completed toolkit, bedroom sheet and any supplier PLI one week before your final meeting date
Enjoy! We’ll go through everything together and we promised you’ll feel much more organised and relaxed when you leave!
What happens after?
We create your draft ‘event sheet’. This is our bible for your wedding day. It allows any one of us from the wedding team to pick it up and run your day perfectly should they need to.
We will email you a draft of your event sheet - please, please, please read it from top to bottom! There may be a few sections that we need more information on which we will put in a different colour. Once all information has been gathered and you are happy with everything on your event sheet, we create the final copy. At the bottom will also be your account balance and breakdown of your wedding - once you’re happy, you can pay the final balance amount written at the bottom.
