Enjoy the benefits of having the house exclusively to yourselves with no exclusivity fee or venue hire. We don’t chanrge thousands just to have the house to yourselves, we simply ask that all our bedrooms are booked and paid for by your guests!

After receiving your quotes, the next step is to view the venues themselves – we advise cutting your list by about half so you view around 6 venues.

Why only 6? Any more than 6 and you’ll face the problem of overwhelming yourself and they’ll start to all merge into one. Also you’ll have likely ruled out a couple straight away once you received your quotes.

Some of you will find it easy to cut down, but for the rest, we have some hints and tips on this to consider.

Our top tips on how to make your guestlist work for you…

Situated in the heart of Lancashire, we are less than 5 minutes from the motorway and have plenty of on site parking! With gorgeous little towns such as Whalley close by and the beautiful Clitheroe less than 15 minutes away, we really are in the heart of Lancashire.

If you know your dream date then perfect this is a great start! However do still pick a couple of back up dates near to it (or let the venues know you’re flexible) in case they don’t have the availability on it.

If you’ve not got a specific date in mind then don’t panic but do narrow it down a bit by considering things such as: year/ month/ day/ on or off peak
